favr. is a Romanian startup dedicated to transforming spent malt from beer production and fruit pulp from juice manufacturing into innovative, nutritious crackers and snacks. Their products — including crackers in Vegan Cheese, Noble Herbs, and Proud Seeds varieties, alongside granola and specialty condiments — are exceptionally high in fiber and protein (41% fiber, 22% protein per 100g of used malt), supporting a balanced diet while significantly reducing CO2 emissions.
